Monthly Meeting — Minutes

Monthly Meeting –May 13, 2026 Shane Peik called the monthly meeting to order at 7PM. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the previous meetings minutes as read. Motion Carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve and pay all bills presented to the town board. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to sell the 2001 Sterling on Wisconsin Surplus. Motion carried. Travis Kurscheidt made a motion that was second by Don Bonlander to use the proceeds on the sale of the Sterling to be used for pickup truck replacement. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to sell the plow and blade from the payloader on Wisconsin Surplus. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to sell the swamp property when deed issue is settled. Motion carried. Travis Kurscheidt made a motion that was second by Don Bonlander to sell the property on S Mill Rd if net proceeds is positive. Motion carried. The next monthly meeting was scheduled for June 10 at 7PM Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to adjourn at 7:45PM. Motion carried. Kim Mueller Town Clerk
