Year End Meeting — Minutes

Year End Meeting –December 29, 2025 Shane Peik called the end of year meeting to order at 5:30PM. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve and pay all bills presented to the town board. Motion carried. Travis Kurscheidt made a motion that was second by Don Bonlander to approve the updated manure ordinance 2018-01B. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the updated salary for the Road Supervisor to an hourly rate of $27.50. Motion Carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve adding the Friday after Thanksgiving as a holiday and to change the vacation accrual to be based on calendar year. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the fee schedule with changes. Motion carried. Travis Kurscheidt made a motion that was second by Don Bonlander to approve UAP ordinance 25-03. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the Koehler/Cullen land proposal on County Y. Motion carried. Travis Kurscheidt made a motion that was second by Don Bonlander to approve the appointment of the Plan Commission members, Carol Austin, Matt Glewen, Wayne Pagel, Travis Kurscheidt and Kim Mueller. Motion carried. Travis Kurscheidt made a motion that was second by Don Bonlander to approve the appointment of the election workers for the 2026-2027 term as follows, Sallie Peik, Herb Buhl, Matt Glewen, Shan Glewen, Gertie Bonlander, Morris Fagg, Michelle Halbach, Kurt Halbach and Sarah Cullen-Skarda.
