Monthly Meeting — Agenda

Monthly Meeting –December 10, 2025 Shane Peik called the monthly meeting to order at 7PM. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the previous meeting minutes as read. Motion Carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve and pay all bills presented to the town board. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the contract with EMS for cemetery lawncare for $135.10 each cutting. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve Resolution 25-05 for Election Workers count to 3. Motion carried. Travis Kurscheidt made a motion that was second by Don Bonlander to approve the Jewell Associates bridge relocation order. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve Resolution 25-06 in support of Calumet County to add ATV route to Cty Y between Weeks Rd to Steiner Rd. Motion carried. Travis Kurscheidt made a motion that was second by Don Bonlander to approve the right of way permit for Calumet County to place signs on Cty Y for ATV route. Motion Carried. Travis Kurscheidt made a motion that was second by Don Bonlander to approve the quote for lighting replacement in the shop and hall. Motion carried. Travis Kurscheidt made a motion that was second by Don Bonlander to approve the Mailbox Policy. Motion carried. The end of year meeting was scheduled for December 29 at 5:30 PM The next monthly meeting was scheduled for January 14 at 7PM Travis Kurscheidt made a motion that was second by Don Bonlander to adjourn at 8:50PM.
