Monthly Meeting — Agenda

Monthly Meeting –October 8, 2025 Shane Peik called the monthly meeting to order at 7PM. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the previous meeting minutes as read. Motion Carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve and pay all bills presented to the town board. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the 2-5 year road improvement plan. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the Authorizing Resolution for the DNR recycling grant access. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt for approval to submit the application for the LRIP program on Hickory Hills Rd and Irish Rd from Bancroft to Peik Rd. Motion Carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt for approval to submit the application for the ARIP program for Church Rd. Motion carried. Travis Kurscheidt made a motion that was second by Don Bonlander to add 3 bridges to the 2026-2031 bridge repair list. Motion carried. The budget meeting was scheduled for November 5 at 7PM The next monthly meeting was scheduled for November 12 at 7PM Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to adjourn at 8:20PM.
