Monthly Meeting — Agenda

Monthly Meeting –July 8, 2025 Shane Peik called the monthly meeting to order at 7PM. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the previous meeting minutes as read. Motion Carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve and pay all bills presented to the town board. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the alcohol license for the Chilled Stein for July 8, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Motion Carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the Fire Protection agreement with New Holstein for 2026-2028 for $13,718.76 in 2026 and a 1% increase each year after. Motion Carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the CSM for MaryJo Anhalt and Don Bonlander for a new lot. Motion Carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve a 4 year agreement for the maintenance assessment services with Action Appraisers for $10,250 each year. Motion Carried. The next monthly meeting was scheduled for August 13 at 7PM Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to adjourn at 7:50PM. Motion carried. Kim Mueller Town Clerk
