Town of New Holstein Town Hall 6:30 March 13, 2024 The regular monthly meeting for the Town of New Holstein was called to order at 6:30 pm by Supervisor Konen. Members present: Supervisor Dean Konen, Supervisor Len Heimerman, Treasurer Mary Jo Muellenbach, Clerk Lynn Pendleton. All recited the pledge of Allegiance. Clerk Pendleton noted the meeting was properly posted according to WI State Statue. A motion to amend the agenda to add 4a. Review of employee handbook and to add 4b. Heating system was made by Supervisor Heimerman, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. A motion to accept the agenda with amendment was made by Supervisor Heimerman, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. A motion to accept the February 2024 monthly minutes as read was made by Supervisor Heimerman, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. A motion to approve treasurers’ report was made by Supervisor Heimerman, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. The employee handbook review will be tabled until next month. The Town Hall heating system to be tabled. Public Comments: None A motion to approve the purchase of 2024 Western Star Truck with plow equipment was made by Supervisor Heimerman, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. A motion to approve Temporary Class B Liquor License and Operator’s License for St. Anna Fire Department’s 13th Annual Fish Fry on March 22, 2024 was made by Supervisor Konen, seconded by Supervisor Heimerman, motion carried. A motion for the town to opt in to have Calumet County Highway Department proceed with taking care of the Inventor Data Collection WIS DOT Small Bridge/Culvert Program was made by Supervisor Konen, seconded by Supervisor Heimerman, motion carried. A motion to accept the bills for payment was made by Supervisor Heimerman, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. Round Table Discussion. A motion to adjourn was made at 7:07 pm by Supervisor Heimerman, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried.
