Cy Williams/Maple Lake Redevelopment Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Park Commission Regular Meeting Agenda Minutes August 12, 2026 Three Lakes Municipal Building 6965 West School Street Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Committee Chairman Meyer. Committee members present: Kevin Meyer, Kay Coates, Anita Kendall, Nancy Ohman, Sue Harris Absent: Scott Lebuis and Junior Stebbeds. Guests: Linda Goldsworthy Harris reported on the agenda posting in accordance with Wisconsin Open Meeting Law. Quorum of committee members 5-7 Motion by Harris and seconded by Coates to approve the agenda. Motion carried 5-0 Committee reviewed the minutes of July 15, 2026. Motion to approve by Kendall, and seconded by Coates Motion carried 5-0 Discussion on scope of services for an engineering firm will be amended and brought back at the next meeting. Due to the great working relationship with Town and Country Engineering and not having to bid for engineering services, the committee made the decision to proceed with Town and Country.. Discussion on a DNR grant is still a possibility to take down the bathhouse but will require having funding in place to replace it. Chairperson Meyer provided a brief update from his attendance at the Park Commission meeting. Next meeting is scheduled for August 26, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Three Lakes Municipal Building.
