Cy Williams/Maple Lake Redevelopment Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Park Commission June 3, 2026 Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Committee Chairman Kevin Meyer. Committee members present: Kevin Meyer, Sue Harris, Anita Kendall, Nancy Ohman, Absent: Kay Coates, Scott Lebuis, Junior Stebbeds. Guests: None Sue Harris reported on the agenda posting in accordance with Wisconsin Open Meeting Law. Quorum of committee members 4 of 7 established. Motion by Sue Harris and seconded by Nancy Ohman to approve the agenda . Motion carried. 4:0 Committee reviewed the minutes of May 13, 2026. Amendment made to minutes stating Funding / Finance: Meyer * Guests: Goldsworthy, Nafziger Motion to approve by Kevin Meyer, and seconded by Nancy Ohman. Motion carried. 4:0 Three Lakes Community Foundation (TLCF) $10,000 Grant Phase 1 - Budget created, application was amended. Next meeting is scheduled for July 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Three Lakes Municipal Building. No public comments were heard.
