Town of Three Lakes Veteran’s Memorial Committee Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Plan Commission Regular Meeting Minutes April 20th 2026 4:00 p.m. Three Lakes Municipal Building 6965 West School St. 1. Call to order and pledge. Meeting called to order at 4 p.m. followed by the pledge 2. Report on agenda posting for April 20th 2026. Kelly reported the agenda was posted in accordance with open meeting law. 3. Agenda approval for April 20th, 2026 Motion by Sue, second by David to approve the agenda, All in favor 4. Approve March 31st 2026 regular meeting minutes Motion by Rick, second by Linnea to approve minutes as written. All in favor. 5. Discuss VM site with MK Landscaping and Tomahawk Monument. Both MK and Tomahawk monument provided options for landscaping. Once all options were discussed motion by Sue to use MK Landscaping for VM site. Cost was not to exceed $5000.00. Second by Linnea. All in favor 6. Discuss official unveiling update. Discussion on creating a program to follow for the unveiling. Asked for a RSVP from Tiffany, Felzkowski, and Swearingen. This will allow us to create program in the event they want to address the public. Roger Brisk and Kevin Meyer will attend the next meeting to review the event order. Linnea will ask her daughter who is in active military if she wishes to speak. 7. Any updates on VM site The monuments will be placed the end of May. Kelly is ordering covers for monuments. Flagpoles will be in place hopefully by mid-may 8. Public Comments None 9.
