Three Lakes Park Commission Regular Meeting Minutes April 15, 2026 6:00 p. m. Pavillion At Don Burnside Park Members in attendance: Jason Stebbeds, Kim Maney, Jr. Stebbeds, Scott LeBuis, Craig Mandli. Zach Gerlach (observing). Call Meeting to order at 6:45 pm Agenda posted at 7:30 am on 4/13/26. Motion to approve by Craig/ Kim. Approved. Approve minutes of March 10, 2026, Scott/Kay. Approved. Approve Treasurers report: Craig/Scott. Approved. Commission Secretary: Motion to appoint Jr. Stebbeds as Park Commission Secretary. Kay/Craig. Approved. Driving Range: Discussion on location and work that needs to be done. Bennett Electric will be contacted for a quote on electrical hookup and trenching. Discussion on price to charge for a bucket of balls. The Commission agreed to purchase a dozen buckets for balls to start. Scott and Zach will take care of ball dispenser installation. Equipment Donations: Discussed plans for taking inventory of equipment that was donated, determining what Parks can make use of, seeking potential buyers of equipment that won’t be of use to Parks, etc. Bennett’s will be contacted to determine what will be needed to operate soft-serve ice cream machine. Northwoods Baseball Classic: Commission members were given a letter for sponsorship to give to local businesses. Discussion about possibility of using tickets for food and beverages at the NWBC. Chairman’s Updates: Kay and Scott gave a short update from the ad-hoc committee for Cy Williams Park. Others: Garrett Mandli requested information on quantity, location and tree species to replace what was taken down because of disease. New tree replacements will cost between 107.00 and 175.00 depending on height of tree (all being provided through Garrett’s Eagle Scout project) Adjourn: Scott/Kim. Approved
