Sanitary District — Minutes

The regular monthly meeting of the District Commission of Sanitary District #1, Town of Three Lakes, Oneida County, Wisconsin, was held April 14 th, 2026 at the Three Lakes Town Office Community Room, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Board President, Doug Wallschlaeger. Also, present were Commissioners, Ben Bonack and Kip Soder, Plant Manager, Jason Eichhorn, . • The agenda was approved on a motion from Soder, seconded by Bonack. Carried 3–0. • Minutes of the March 9th, 2026, meeting was approved on a motion from Bonack, seconded by Soder. Carried 3–0. • Approval of claims: payroll taxes in the amount of $1,200.05, checks #2015-2019,2025-2033, and 2036-2039 in the amount of $40,582.00 and payroll checks #2020-2024, 2034-2035 in the amount of $5,136.93 for a total of $47,765.79 motion by Bonack, second by Soder, carried 3-0 • The treasurer’s report for the month of February was approved on a motion from Bonack, seconded by Soder. Carried 3–0. • OLD BUSINESS: o 2026 WRWA Annual Conference: 4 days of seminars, Topics from PFAS, Water Loss, new DNR reporting with 262 vendor exhibits. o PSC Full Rate Review: in progress • NEW BUSINESS: • Operator’s Report, Repairs and Breaks • Billing update : New program with ARM access working very well, slight software interface problem • 2025 contribution to Replacement fund. Motion by Bonack , second by Soder to Move $20,000 from checking to CD replacement fund. Carried 3-0. OTHER BUSINESS: Wallschlaeger addressed including a letter with 4th quarter bills regarding Late fee assessments, flushable wipes, grease, and copper root treatments, PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
