Town of Three Lakes Veteran’s Memorial Committee Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Plan Commission Regular Meeting Minutes March 31st, 2026 4:00 p.m. Three Lakes Municipal Building 6965 West School St. 1. Call to order and pledge. Meeting called to order at 4 pm followed by pledge 2. Report on agenda posting for March 31st, 2026. Kelly reported agenda was posted in accordance with WI Open Meeting Law 3. Agenda approval for March 31st, 2026 Motion to approve agenda posting by Sue second Linnea, all in favor 4. Approve March 25th, 2026 regular meeting minutes Motion to approve minutes by Rich second by Kelly, all in favor. 5. Discuss official unveiling – fundraising; landscaping; and future kiosk, revised handout review. Discussion on updated brochure for distribution to donors. Reviewed VM site for landscaping ideas. Linnea will contact MK Landscape to attend next meeting. Possible open house in future. Discussed plans for dedication on July 2nd. Ideas for future fundraising were discussed. 6.
