Town of Three Lakes Veteran’s Memorial Committee Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Plan Commission Regular Meeting Minutes March 25, 2026 4:00 p.m. Three Lakes Municipal Building 6965 West School St. 1. Call to order and pledge. Meeting called to order ar 4 p.m. followed by the pledge 2. Report on agenda posting for March 25, 2026. 3. Agenda approval for March 25, 2026 Kelly reported the agenda was posted in accordance with WI Open Meeting Law. 4. Approve March 4, 2026 regular meeting minutes Motion to approve minutes as written by Sue, second David, all in favor. 5. Discuss official unveiling – including flyover information from Gary Williams; fundraising; landscaping; and future kiosk Gary Williams presented information on a possible flyover by WI National Guard for dedication. Motion by Sue, second by Linnea to pursue this further once we have a date and time secured. Gary also had a handout titled"Freedoms" which we will incorporate into the dedication ceremony. All in favor. Date for dedication will be Thursday July 2nd at 5 p.m. Mike will check with Rhinelander Honor Guard to make sure they are available. Motion by Sue second by David to secure the sod proposal from a Black Creek supplier of sod for .21 per square foot for a estimated total of $1333.50. All in favor. Discuss on landscaping and funding of project. Linnea will contact MK to see if they can come in and dicuss thier proposal. 6. Any updates on VM site None 7. Public Comments None 8.
