Town of Three Lakes Natural Resources Sub- Committee Regular Meeting Minutes March 23, 2026 – 5:00 PM At the Town Office Meeting Room and Via Zoom Meeting This meeting will be held via teleconference. Interaction and dialogue during the meeting, from the time it’s called to order until public comments, will be limited to only that of the sub-committee or those called upon by the sub-committee to participate. If you are “attending” the meeting, please keep your phones on mute or partake in a silent location. All public comments, just as an in-person meeting, will be reserved per the proper place on the agenda. During the public comment period, please announce your full name prior to making any comments.” In attendance - John Stauner, Melissa Zanzinger, Tamarack Song, Rich Javenkoski, Collette Sorgel and Phil Burnside , 1. Call to order at 5:04 p.m by Rich. 2. Agenda posting was done correctly. 3. Motion by Collette, 2nd Missy to approve agenda for March 23,2026 meeting in any order the Chair designates. Approved 5-0. 4. Motion by Missy, 2nd by Rich to approve 7-24-25 Regular Meeting minutes. Approved 5-0. 5. Buckthorn Update. Rich has a contract with McNaughton for the dates of July 13-17th. Will confirm with Alex Hegeman on budget amount. 6. Pollinator Update. Discussion was held on whether to hold an event this year. Collette will reach out to Baerbl on Oneida County Conservation plans. 7. Tree Planting Donation: Tamarack will research the options. 8. New Business: None 9. Future agenda items- Tree Planting Donation 10. Motion by Missy to adjourn. Seconded by John. Motion passed unanimously. Next Meeting Monday, 4/27/2026.
