Town of Three Lakes Veteran’s Memorial Committee Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Plan Commission Regular Meeting Minutes February 24, 2026 1. Call to order and pledge. Meeting called to order at 4:00 p.m. followed by the pledge. 2. Report on agenda posting for February 24, 2026. Kelly reported the agenda was posted in accordance with WI Open Meeting Law 3. Agenda approval for February 24, 2026. Motion by Junior, second by Mike to approve the agenda as posted. All in favor 6:0 4. Approve February 16, 2026, regular meeting minutes. Motion by Kelly, second by David to approve the minutes. All in favor 6:0 5. Review names for second round of etching for monuments. Linnea noted she spoke to Tim Haskins and he will not charge us for this first round of names that we agree to tonight, and he will also provide us with some sheets of the specific paper and tools families can use to rub the etched name on the unveiling day. Four changes and/or additions were noted tonight for the final list. Members have until tomorrow morning to let Kelly know of any other changes to the final list before she sends it to Tim. 6. Any updates on VM site. Pat will talk to DeLeers about a kiosk; Kelly will research kiosks 7. Public Comments None 8.
