Town of Three Lakes Veteran’s Memorial Committee Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Plan Commission Regular Meeting Minutes February 16th 2026 4:00 p.m. Three Lakes Municipal Building 6965 West School St. 1. Call to order and pledge. Meeting called to order at 4 p.m. followed by the pledge. 2. Report on agenda posting for February 16th 2026. Kelly reported the agenda was posted in accordance with WI Open Meeting Law 3. Agenda approval for February 16th 2026 Motion by Sue, second by Pat to approve the agenda as posted. All in favor 4. Approve February 10th 2026, regular meeting minutes Motion by Rich, second by David to approve the minutes as written, All in favor 5. Review names for second round of etching for monuments. Finalize the first etching of names for the VM. Sue is putting the final draft for submission to Tomahawk Monument. 6. Any updates on VM site. None 7. Public Comments None 8.
