Town of Three Lakes Veteran’s Memorial Committee Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Plan Commission Regular Meeting Minutes January 28th 2026 4:00 p.m. Three Lakes Municipal Building 6965 West School St. 1. Call to order and pledge. Meeting called to order at 4:02 pm followed by the pledge. 2. Report on agenda posting for January 28th 2026. Kelly reported the agenda was posted in accordance with WI Open Meeting Law 3. Agenda approval for January 28th 2026 Motion by Rich, second by Kelly to approve the agenda as posted. All in favor. 4. Review names for initial round of etching for monuments. Finalize the list of names for initial etching from A through I. Question on how the etching will be on the granite. Horizontal or vertical? Will need to find out prior to etching process. 450 names will be part of the quote submitted by Tomahawk Monument. 5. Any updates on VM site. None 6. Public Comments None 7.
