NOTICE TO RESIDENTS TOWN OF CRESCENT MINUTES FOR TOWN BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2025 6:00 P.M., CRESCENT TOWN HALL Board Members Present: Robb Jensen, Chair; Kyla Waksmonski, Supervisor; Mike Pazdernik, Supervisor; Tracy Hartman, Clerk Absent: Carla Fletcher, Treasurer. Call to Order: Chairman Jensen called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. at the Crescent Town Hall. The meeting has been properly posted and distributed in accordance with the Wisconsin Open Meeting law and the facility is handicap accessible. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Approval of Agenda Motion by Pazdernik to approve the agenda. Seconded by Waksmonski. All aye. Motion carried. Motion by Jensen to suspend the rules and move public comment to the end of the agenda. Seconded by Waksmonski. All aye; motion carried. Open Road Bids for Reconstruction Project on Davenport Street - Jensen received and opened bids from: American Asphalt of Wisconsin - $236,844.40 with alternative bid #1 of $3450.00 Northeast Asphalt, Inc. - $221,355.40 with alternative bid #1 of $3450.00 Pitlik and Wick - $246,501.60 with alternative bid #1 of $5000.00 Musson Brothers, Inc - $$226,691.90 with alternative bid #1 of 5250.00 Jensen stated that there is an MOU with the City of Rhinelander regarding the water valves and manhole covers and he will confirm with the city administrator that everything is set for that. Jensen stated that he will contact the businesses on Davenport St. when the project is scheduled. Discussion regarding the bid proposal schedule. Hartman will provide copies to the bidders and supervisors. Discussion regarding accepting the low bid from Northeast Asphalt. Motion by Jensen to award the 2024-2025 Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) State Municipal Project Agreement LRIP Project Number 19143 to Northeast Asphalt, Inc 1524 Atkinson Dr. Green Bay WI in accordance with the West Davenport Street Resurfacing –2025 Proposal Requirements and Conditions total bid of $221,355.40 dated 2/19/2025. Seconded by Waksmonski. All aye; motion carried. Fifteen Minutes of Public Comment – Dave Daniels – Library Board of Trustees Appointee – thanked the board for the appointment to the Library Board and asked the board what the expectations are for the position. Jensen asked that each of the board members to email Daniels with any concerns or expectations. Jensen Adjourned the meeting at 6:14 p.m.
