NOTICE TO RESIDENTS TOWN OF CRESCENT MINUTES FOR TOWN BOARD MEETING FRIDAY, JULY 19, 2024 9:30 A.M., CRESCENT TOWN HALL Board Members Present: Robb Jensen, Chair; Kyla Waksmonski, Supervisor; Mike Pazdernik, Supervisor; Tracy Hartman, Clerk. Call to Order: Chairman Jensen called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. at the Crescent Town Hall. The meeting has been properly posted and distributed in accordance with the Wisconsin Open Meeting law and the facility is handicap accessible. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Approval of Agenda Motion by Jensen to approve the agenda. Seconded by Waksmonski. All aye. Motion carried. Discussion/Action Items a. Crescent Road Bid Specs, Set Bid Opening Date – Jensen presented a proposed Town of Crescent Crescent Road Resurfacing Proposal Requirements and Conditions, Base Bidding proposal Schedule (USH 8 to Long Lake Road, 1.77 miles), Alternate Bid #1 Bidding Proposal Schedule (Long Lake Road to Melody Lane, .68 miles), Alternate Bid #2 Bidding Proposal Schedule (Melody Lane to Fire Tower Rd, .87 miles). Jensen gave an overview of the proposed project and the proposed. Discussion regarding opening bids on August 14th with ads being placed in the paper on July 26th and August 2nd. Motion by Jensen to approve the Crescent road resurfacing 2024 project as presented with the understanding that bids will be opened on August 14, 2024 at the monthly Town of Crescent meeting. Seconded by Pazdernik. All aye; motion carried. b. Set 2025 Budget Schedule – Jensen discussed setting dates for the board to begin to work on the 2025 budget.
