Miller of Weld Riley to become acquainted with the attorney and his firm, and to discuss qualifications, municipal law experience, and proposal to provide legal services to the City of Eagle River. Discussion will be limited to the attorney's qualifications, firm, proposed scope of services, and related general questions; no specific pending or existing legal matters are anticipated to be discussed. 4.
