Call to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve agenda in any order. 4. Approve previous minutes. 5. Approve payment of the accounts payable bills. 6. Approve May listing of electronic payments/manual checks. 7. Discussion pertaining to: A. Correspondence included in package: • Mike Sanborn’s operational report dated July 21, 2026. • Cole Sanborn’s monthly foreman’s report dated July 15, 2026. • Proposed Electric Rate Application dated July 14, 2026, from Adam Dikeman, Rate Analyst from WPPI Energy. B. Staff Reports: • Presentation of Proposed Electric Rate Application by Adam Dikeman. • Customer service report on WPPI/Energy Programs-verbal. • Financial activities updates, including recent financials & cash flow updates. • Operations report on departmental activities-verbal. 8. Discussion and Possible Action on the following Agenda Items: A. Accepting and filing of Electric Rate Application with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin. B. Approval of Resolution #1078 ERL&W recommending that the Eagle River Common Council approve amendment #3 to WPPI’s long term power supply contract for participating members. C. Approval for Aqualis to make repairs to the sewage collection system, which were discovered during the spring televising, for $8,680.00. D. Approval of Forster Engineering’s 24.9KV system loop plan. E. Approval for Forster Engineering to apply for a Wisconsin Public Service Commission Construction Authorization for the 24.9KV loop project at a cost of $40,000. F. Approval of replacing the cracked CTs on the Nicolet City sub, ER4 recloser for a cost of up to $20,000.00. 9. Adjourn.
