DRAFT SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY TOWN BOARD 4262026 TOWN OF BOULDER JUNCTION ANNUAL MEETING OF THE ELECTORS Tuesday, April 21, 2026, 6:00 p.m. Boulder Junction Community Center, Boulder Lake Room 5392 Park Street, Boulder Junction, WI 54512 MINUTES 1. CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE  This annual meeting of the electors was noticed according to State Statute 65.90. Published and posted as required by law, media notified. Chairman Dennis Reuss called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance. Also present were Supervisor Dylan Schutt, Supervisor Laura Bertch, Clerk/Treasurer Dan Driscoll and 43 guests. 2. CONSIDERATION OF VOTING METHOD  MOTION JIM GALLOWAY/SECOND STEVE WEBER. To approve motion to vote by hand. VOTE: MOTION CARRIED. 30 – yes, 0 - no 3. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES a. November 20, 2025 Budget Hearing & Special Meeting of Electors b. MOTION JIM GALLOWAY/SECOND STEVE WEBER. To approve the minutes from the November 20, 2025 Budget Hearing & Special Meeting of Electors . VOTE: MOTION CARRIED. 32 – yes, 0 – no. 4. TOWN BOARD’S UPDATE TO THE ELECTORS (Electors will have an opportunity to question or comment on these subjects following the completion of all the presentations) a. 2025 Financial Report i. Clerk/Treasurer Driscoll presented the 2025 Financial Report and audit. b. Organizations & Committees 2025 Annual Reports i. NWEMS District ii. BJVFD iii. Park Board iv. Community Foundation xiii. Centennial Committee xiv. Library 5. SCHEDULE THE 2027 ANNUAL MEETING OF THE ELECTORS DATE FOR APRIL 20, 2027  MOTION JIM GALLOWAY/SECOND STEVE WEBER. To schedule the 2027 annual meeting for April 20, 2027. VOTE: 37 – yes, 0 - no 6. OPEN FLOOR DRAFT SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY TOWN BOARD 4262026  MOTION JIM GALLOWAY/SECOND STEVE WEBER. To increase the Clerk/Treasurer Compensation for the next two year election period by 6%. VOTE: 38 – yes, 0 - no 7. ADJOURN  Steve Weber made a motion to adjourn the meeting of electors at 7:30 pm
