Roll call was done. Present were Bill Spear, Steve Weber, Nathan Keisler, Kevin Mantz, Dylan Schutt and Ian Brown. Absent with Notice Mary Jones Absent Kevin Gutjahr. GUESTS: Mike MacKenzie, Marv and Linda Thiel.2)APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: at the Chair’s Discretion (discussion & possible action). Marv and Linda Thiel.5)UNFINISHED BUSINESS:a) Community Reporting: No updatesb) Work Group Updates: Station task group is meeting in late April, currently working on drawings and marketing material.c) Strategic Plan Update: Can we identify what to people want for activities and recreationd) Economic Impact Study for BJ Winter Park. MOTION by Brown SECIND by Mantz to move forward to request Town Board approval to distribute the survey to both visitors and businesses. 6)NEW BUSINESS: a) Business Update: Boulder Motor Lodge Linda and Marv Thiel. Purchased the property 3 years ago. Have done extensive renovations and upgrades to the interior. Bikers are a big draw in the summer. Joint promotions with Winman Trails. Ongoing promotion ans use of Facebook. Looking for opportunities to augment shoulder seasons. 7) REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Continue business updates, explore guides in the area. 8) CONFIRM DATE, TIME AND LOCATION OF NEXT MEETING (discussion & possible action). Next scheduled meeting April 15, 2026.
