Approved 12726 Special Town Board Meeting Wednesday January 14, 2026 3:15 P.M. Boulder Junction Community Center, Town Office 5392 Park Street, Boulder Junction, WI 54512 MINUTES 1) CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE/ ROLL CALL  This Special Town Board Meeting was noticed according to WI State Statute 19.85. Chairman Dennis Reuss called the meeting to order and led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance. Also present were Supervisor Dylan Schutt and Clerk/Treasurer Dan Driscoll. Supervisor Bertch was absent with notice. 2) APPROVAL OF AGENDA /ORDER OF THE DAY(discussion & possible action)  MOTION SCHUTT/SECOND REUSS. To approve agenda. VOTE: MOTION UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED. 3) NEW BUSINESS (discussion and possible action)  Discussion and possible action – Approve Resolution No 2026 R 01 A Resolution Authorizing Intention to Join the Statewide Public Safety Interoperable Communication System - Fire Department grant application o MOTION REUSS/SECOND SCHUTT. To approve Resolution No 2026 R 01 A Resolution Authorizing Intention to Join the Statewide Public Safety Interoperable Communication System - Fire Department grant application. VOTE: UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED BY ROLL CALL VOTE. Reuss – yes, Schutt – yes, Bertch – absent with notice. 4) ADJOURN(discussion & possible action)  Chairman Reuss adjourned the meeting at 3:20 pm.
