Minutes of Boulder Junction Park Board Meeting Thursday,December 11,2025, 4pm. Boulder Junction Community Center, Boulder Lake Room 1) Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/Roll Call: Meeting called to order at 4pm by Laura Bertch (Chair) who led the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call/ Present: Laura Bertch, Steve Weber, , Richard Jenks,Pete Burditt, Dennis Duke, Judy Tegtmeyer, Royer 2) Approval of Agenda / Order of the day: Motion/Weber, Second/Burditt Motion carried. 3) Citizens opportunity to address the committee about topics on or off the agenda. Guests: Randy Schultz via zoom/ observer. Carrie Rasmussen, Dennis Reuss, Town Chairman 4) Approval of Meeting Minutes 11/18/2025 Motion/Weber, Second/Burditt Motion carried 5) Review of most recent financial report: September 2025. No comments. 6) BJCF approximate balance as of 11/25/2025: $5,000.53:” Maintenance fund 7) Old Business: (discussion and possible action) A. Town Park Dennis -Duke & Pete Burditt - updates 1. Update on Basketball Court - Dennis Duke a. Remaining items to be completed next spring. Fencing complete. Set walkway and get a donor sign made. 2. Disc golf report update- Pete Burditt & Dennis Duke a. Additional baskets - orange ordered expected by Spring 2026 b. Updated stats - none B. Winter Park Royer&Steve Weber/ questions and possible action 1. Update on Winter Park & Glide Plans, Laying ice schedule. Weber has provided volunteers with a detailed schedule to begin when weather permits. 2.Discussion about status & completion of items below. Estimates? a. Review all signage and install permanent signage on Glide and within park. Completed b. Add permanent signage on Old K. To be addressed c. Build benches for trail and fire pit area. Using Lions’ benches and leopold benches From Nichols park d. Rubber mats installed in pavilion and new pole gate for equipment entrance installed. 3. Media Day, December 12th, No refreshments- Hot coffee. 4. Opening Day December 20th, Popcorn, hot chocolate, coffee. 5. Illumination January 10th, Saturday 5-7pm, Baked Potatoes (provided by Lakewood), coffee and hot chocolate. Broom ball featured event. For discussion and possible motion to approve. Motion/Weber, Second Duke Motion carried : $250 pending a detailed description of event to be sent to chairperson Bertch. C.
