Roll call was done. Present were Bill Spear, Steve Weber, Wendi Neupert, Nathan Keisler, Steve Coon, Mary Jones, Cherie Sanderson and Anne Derber. Absent with Notice Dick Jenks GUESTS: Dennis Reuss2)APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: at the Chair’s Discretion (discussion & possible action). MOTION/Weber SECOND/Sanderson MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.3)APPROVAL OF September 3, 2025, MEETING MINUTES (discussion & possible action). MOTION Weber SECOND/Neupert MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.4)WELCOME GUESTS: Dennis Reuss5)UNFINISHED BUSINESS:a) Monthly report on Committee Budget: 2025 budget will be allocated to bill from Garrett for Station work. 2026 budget will be requested at $3,000.b) Monthly Communities Reporting: Imprint Shop is being purchased by Mimi Exonc) Update on grants. Jenks reported he attended Grants workshop by OCLRA.d) Update on task group for Station. Dennis Ruess is working to develop cost estimates. Workgroup is scheduled to meet November 4th.e) Update on talent in the woods. Will develop verbiage for tax stuffer and Town website.f) EDC page on Town website. Cherie and Mary will review before Nov meeting and delete dated strategic planning information. 6)NEW BUSINESS: a) Business Update: Mimi Exan was unable to attend.b) Public meeting on Chamber request to raise room tax to 6.75%. Anyone with an interest is encouraged to attend. 7) REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Continue a business update. Jim Becker from Joyful Loon is scheduled for November 5th meeting. 8) CONFIRM DATE, TIME AND LOCATION OF NEXT MEETING (discussion & possible action). Next scheduled meeting November 5, 2025.
