Town of Land O’ Lakes Special Town Board Meeting Minutes September 23, 2026, 5:15 PM – 5:49 PM Town Hall, 4331 County Rd B, Land O' Lakes, WI 54540, USA I. Call to Order Chairman Dan Balog called the meeting to order on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 5:15 PM at 4331 CTH B, Land O' Lakes, WI 54540. II. Roll Call Present: Chairman: Dan Balog, Town Supervisors: Sam Otterpohl and Kevin Konnow, Clerk/Treasurer: Lynn Jolin III. Approve or Revise Agenda Motion to approve the agenda was made by S. Otteprohl, seconded by D. Balog. Motion carried unanimously. IV. New Business a) Convene into closed session in accordance with Wis Statutes 19.85(1)( c) for consideration, employment, promotion, hours, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercise responsibility relating to employment opportunities. Motion to go into closed session in accordance with Wis Statutes 19.85(1)( c) for consideration, employment, promotion, hours, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercise responsibility relating to employment opportunities was made by S. Otterpohl and seconded by K. Konnow. Motion carried 3-0. Discussion was had on the Town Clerk/Treasurer position. b) Reconvene into open session to take action resulting from closed session. Motion to reconvene into open session was made by S. Otterpohl, seconded by D. Balog at 5:32pm. Motion carried by vote 3-0. Motion to appoint Casey Vold to the Town of Land O’ Lakes Clerk/Treasurer position effective October 7th, 2026. Motion carried by vote 3-0. V. Adjournment Motion to adjourn was made at 5:34pm by S.
