Planning and Beautification Committee Minutes May 13, 2026 P &B meeting minutes May 13,2026 In attendance: Debbie Hintz, Cheri Hughes, Sue Grueter, Nancy Schwartz. Frank Marfia by phone I. Pledge of Allegiance II. Introduction of Guests- none III. Approval of April 29,2026 minutes- first by Cheri , second by Frank Iv. Approval of May 13,2026 agenda- first by Cheri, second by Frank V. Old business A, pollinator garden- garden will be unlocked soon B. Orchard- Jordan McGinley was a great help to Frank with pruning the apple trees. Cheri sent out Franks revised orchard statement. C. Walking trail- new stone postponed due to transportation costs this year. D. In town plantings- Sue to be working on Planters. We will be cleaning the shrub area near town hall. E. Lake banners- ready to be put up F. Budget spent to date-$1630.62 G. Christmas decorations H. Fall decorations I. Recurring maintenance 1. Mowing- looks good 2. Trash cans for events- LOLA to be putting out. 3. Trim sidewalks/ walking trail 4. Turn water on / off- town crew notified to have water on by May 18. Greenlawn to come on the 19th. 5. Veterans flags- Cheri to contact Karen Dowd at the axillary. VI. New business A. Clean shrubs in front of town hall-May 20 B. Garden gate- Debbie contacted Austen Ramesh at Borderworks for bid C. Land O Lakes sign redo- the maker of the sign would redo the stain, lettering for $600 D. Lines on B need repainting VII. Any other pert business VIII. Date for next meeting- June 11th 11 am IX.
