Land O’ Lakes Sanitary District #1 Minutes of Meeting April 14, 2026 The meeting was called to order at 10:08 am by Chairman, Kevin Konnow. Proper notice of the meeting
was
given.
In
attendance
were
Kevin
Konnow-Chairman,
Mike
McAdams-Treasurer,
Chad
Lederer-Operator
and
Casey
Vold-Sanitary
Clerk/Assistant
Operator.
Minutes of the previous meeting(s) (February 10, 2026) were reviewed. Mike McAdams made a motion to
accept
the
minutes,
second
by
Kevin
Konnow.
Vote
2-0.
Motion
carried.
Mike McAdams presented the Treasurer’s Report. Kevin Konnow made a motion to accept the Treasurer's Report, second by Mike McAdams. Vote 2-0.
Motion
carried.
Casey Vold presented the Office Report. Board reviewed Office Report. Meters were read February 26, 2026 and April 6, 2026. Statements were sent out February 26, 2026 and
April
6,
2026.
Meters
will
be
read
again
April
30,
2026.
The
checking
and
savings
accounts
were
reconciled
on
March
2,
2026
and
April
7,
2026.
The
encoders
and
cellular
endpoints
that
were
board
approved
and
ordered
in
2025
were
paid
for
on
February
17,
2026,
in
the
amount
of
$13,701.34.
KerberRose
was
paid
for
the
2025
Financial
Audit
preparation
on
February
17,
2026,
in
the
amount
of
$10,500.00.
The
February
tax
settlement
check
was
received
from
the
town
and
deposited
on
February
17,
2026,
in
the
amount
of
$28,351.51.
Hard
copies
of
the
2025
financial
reports
were
received
from
KerberRose
on
February
24,
2026.
Fluoride
surveys
were
mailed
to
each
customer
with
the
February
statements
on
February
26,
2026.The
PSC
report
was
submitted
by
KerberRose
on
March
2,
2026.
Second
quarter
insurance
payment
was
made
to
Rural
Mutual
on
March
10,
2026,
in
the
amount
of
$2,920.00.
The
first
sewer
loan
payment
for
2026
was
auto-deducted
from
the
checking
account
on
April
1,
2026,
in
the
amount
of
$18,652.00.
First
quarter
tax
reports
were
completed
and
filed
on
April
7,
2026.
Matt
from
the
Wisconsin
Rural
Water
Association
(WRWA)
will
be
here
on
April
15,
2026
to
review
energy
saving
options.
As
of
April
14,
2026,
68
customer
fluoride
surveys
have
been
returned.
A
message
will
be
sent
with
the
upcoming
statements
with
a
reminder
to
send
in
the
survey
as
well
as
next
month’s
meeting
date
for
an
open
public
discussion.
Chad Lederer presented the Operator’s Report. Board reviewed Operator’s Report. The inventory meters were received as well as the 2” meter and endpoint for the laundromat. There are
curbstops
that
will
need
to
be
replaced
this
spring/summer.
Fassbender
Excavating
will
be
contacted.
The
fluoride
pump
at
Well
#1
had
to
be
re-built.
There
are
no
customer
issues
at
this
time.
All
mandatory
reports
have
been
completed
on
time
and
copies
filed
in
the
office.

Land O’ Lakes Sanitary District #1 Minutes of Meeting April 14, 2026 Public Input : ● There is no public input at this time. Next Meeting Date: Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 10:00 am. Kevin Konnow made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:40 am, second by Mike McAdams. Vote 2-0.
