Airport Commission Meeting /2025 Attendance: Commission- Fred Prehn, John Voss, Joe Garvin, Dan Wait (Called in but did not remain on line) Airport Manager- Bruce Garrison Others in attendance: None Meeting called to order 4:30pm - Fred Prehn Read and accept agenda -John 1st /Joe 2nd All in favor none oppose Accept minutes from prior September 30, 2025, John 1st/ Joe 2nd All in favor none oppose Master plan summery per Bruce, Airport Manager Bruce suggested to BOA Becher-Hoppe as they are the only one that submitted interest with master plan. Motion made to move forward with master plan John 1st Fred 2nd all in favor none oppose. HANGER LEASE DISCUSSION: Review draft from Fred on revised/new hanger leases no vote made until December meeting LEASES: Leases were reviewed and discussed with possible modifications needing to be made for those when set to expire. Raise Sq Ft price to 0.17 and mowing/Snow removal to 175/yr Hanger 5 and 6 were discussed Motion made on fallowing changes : 1) Rent on Sq Ft of hanger grounds to increase to 0.17 a sq/ft 2) Snow removal and mowing fee to move to 175.00/yr 3) Anomaly garage rent to increase to 1200.00/Yr 4) Expiration dates reviewed and manager will work new leases with modifications into compliance for lease Motion to accept all changes John 1st/ Joe 2nd all in favor none oppose Airport Commission Meeting /2025 FORMAL ACCEPTANCE OF NEW LEASE DRAFT TO BE MADE IN DECEMNBER MEETING Adjourn John1st Joe 2nd all in favor none oppose Next meeting as of adjournment is set December 12 @ 4:30pm Minutes by secretary of commission Joe Garvin 715-547-3378
