Interviews for the Grand Opening event will begin at 10:00 am followed by the Ceremony at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026, at the Phelps Community Center, 4495 Town Hall Rd., Phelps, WI 54554 This constitutes a meeting of the Town Board pursuant to the State ex rel. Badke vs. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N. W. 2d 409 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the Town Board will not take any formal action during this time.
