QUORUM NOTICE Town of Phelps Prep for Mailing Tax Bills December 11, 2025, and December 12, 2025 Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board of the Town of Phelps may be present to help with Tax Bill mailing preparation. Preparation to take place at the Phelps Town Hall, 4495 Town Hall Road, in the Town of Phelps on the following dates: • Thursday December 11, 2025: 11:00 am to 4:30 pm • Friday December 12, 2025: 9:00 am until done – approximately 2:00 pm This constitutes a meeting of the Town Board pursuant to the State ex rel. Badke vs. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.
