Discussion/Action on closing the following Accounts:  Peoples State Bank ARPA-Funds, Approximate balance of $ 1,800 to be deposited into LGIP General  Peoples State Bank Gear-Russel Donations, Approximate balance of $ 27,476 to be deposited into LGIP General 15. Consider/Approve Application/Resolution for a 10-year loan of $221,893 with an interest rate of 5.5% from the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands for the purpose of financing the purchase of a Highway Dump Truck. 16. Consider/Approve signing contract with CNSI for computer and video hardware and a 3-year contract with Spectrum for phones and internet for the new Community Center building. 17. Discussion/Action on selling the current Town Hall/Library building to be moved off sight 18. Consider/Approve Town of Phelps Road Plan 19.
