The deadline to allocate and expend the Small Business Development Grant funds is approaching this fall. Most businesses have already begun their projects and submitted receipts for reimbursement. However, three businesses have not yet submitted any receipts and are approaching their six-month project deadlines. Letters have been sent to the three businesses reminding them to submit receipts and/or complete their projects by the established deadlines. The Committee emphasized the importance of fully utilizing the State- provided funds. If these businesses no longer intend to complete their projects, the funds could potentially be made available to other businesses interested in applying for grant assistance. The Committee agreed to follow up with the three businesses regarding the status of their projects. No further action was taken on this agenda item. UNFINISHED BUSINESS I1. Discussion and possible action on wayfinding signs project. By consensus the RDA agreed to remove this agenda item until more information is received. I2. Discussion on potential RDA members. By consensus the RDA agreed to move the agenda item to the next meeting. Motion by Luepke, second by Richter to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 5:57 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Michelle Maroszek, Village Clerk
