Village Board Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, August 18, 2026 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm, by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – absent, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Adam Servi/Assessor Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to approve the August 4, 2026 regular meeting minutes. Adam Servi gave the board an update on the progress made for the Revaluation. He also laid out the dates for Open Book – Sept. 15 from 10am-2pm and Sept. 17 from 2pm-6pm. He also said that the Board of Review will be on Sept. 28th from 5-7:00pm. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $48,864.96 and the interim bills for $886.30. Roll call vote – all ayes. Gatz/Buchholz m/s/c to adjourn at 7:26 pm.
