Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, June 2, 2026 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm, by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – absent, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Steve Passehl Yaeger/R.Switalla m/s/c to approve the May 19, 2026 regular meeting minutes. W.Switalla/Yaeger m/s/c to deviate from agenda as needed. R.Switalla/Wepner to approve Class A Liquor Licenses for True North #851 and #852, and Hometown Grocers. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Timm to approve Cigarette License for True North #851 and #852. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Buchholz to approve a picnic license for Community Days. Roll call vote - all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $91,127.56 and the interim bills for $275,310.45. Roll call vote – all ayes. Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to approve hiring Shannon Jarvis as the future Clerk-Treasurer. Yaeger/Buchholz to change the Vacation Policy so that employees get 2 weeks vacation in their first year. Roll call vote - all ayes. Yaeger/Buchholz to allow employees to carry over 1 week of vacation, but must use it before the end of June. Roll call vote – all ayes.
