Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, May 19, 2026 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm, by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - absent, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – absent. Also present: Ryan Lynch R.Switalla/Timm m/s/c to approve the May 5, 2026 regular meeting minutes. W.Switalla/R.Switalla m/s/c to deviate from agenda as needed. Timm/Wepner to approve the audited bills for $33,251.77 and the interim bills for $9,142.6. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/R.Switalla to approve a Revolving Loan for Homme Home of Wittenberg, for $90,000 at 3% interest for 10 years, as recommended by the Revolving Loan Committee. Roll call vote – all ayes. Gatz/R.Switalla to approve Pay Request #3 for Potrykus, for $272,310.45. Roll call vote – all ayes. Gatz/Wepner to approve Change Order #2 (-2,521.75) and #3 (11,700) for the sidewalk project.
