Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, May 5, 2026 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm, by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - absent, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Yaeger/Gatz m/s/c to approve the April 21, 2026 regular meeting minutes. W.Switalla/Buchholz m/s/c to deviate from agenda as needed. Timm/Buchholz to approve the 2025 audit report as presented by KerberRose. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $16,466.82 and the interim bills for $61,582.33. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/Wepner to approve a picnic license for the FFA Corn Roast. Roll call vote – all ayes. Wepner/Gatz to approve the Income Survey for Prouty & School Street for a future grant. Roll call vote – all ayes. Gatz/Wepner m/s/c to adjourn at 7:34 pm.
