Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, April 7, 2026 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm, by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – absent, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to approve the March 17, 2026 regular meeting minutes. R.Switalla/Buchholz to approve a picnic license for the WOWSPACE Kentucky Derby. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $9,613.87 and the interim bills for $19,141.99. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Buchholz m/s/c to adjourn at 6:50pm.
