Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, March 17, 2026 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm, by Acting Village President, Paul Yaeger – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - absent, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – absent, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Yaeger/Wepner m/s/c to approve the March 3, 2026 regular meeting minutes. Buchholz/Timm to approve a picnic license for the Crossroads Community Theatre. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $188,666.05 and the interim bills for $533.88. Roll call vote – all ayes. Gatz/Buchholz m/s/c to adjourn at 6:20pm.
