Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, February 17, 2026 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm, by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - absent, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – absent, Paul Yaeger – present. Yaeger/R.Switalla m/s/c to approve the February 3, 2026 regular meeting minutes. Gatz/R.Switalla to approve the audited bills for $27,367.71 and the interim bills for $311,690.22. Roll call vote – all ayes. Yaeger/Gatz to approve the Village Procurement Policy. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Gatz m/s/c to adjourn at 6:30pm.
