Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, February 3, 2026 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm, by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - absent, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – absent. Gatz/Wepner m/s/c to approve the January 20, 2026 regular meeting minutes. Timm/R.Switalla to approve the audited bills for $40,472.21, and the interim bills for $1,208.45. Roll call vote – all ayes. W.Switalla/Gatz to approve Change Order #1, for the CDBG sidewalk project, for $7,600. Rolle call vote – all ayes. Timm/Gatz to have Martenson& Eisele prepare a Development Procedures Manual & Checklist, for $1,000. Roll call vote – all ayes. Wepner/Gatz m/s/c to adjourn at 6:30pm.
