Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, January 6, 2026 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm, by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - absent, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to approve the December 16, 2025 regular meeting minutes. Buchholz/Yaeger to approve recreated Ordinance 11.03/Recycling, in accordance with the new DNR Recycling Rules. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $3,838.44, and the interim bills for $20,050.45. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/Gatz m/s/c to adjourn at 6:25pm.
