Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, November 18, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm, by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – absent, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to approve the November 4, 2025 public hearing minutes and the regular meeting minutes. Timm/Wepner to approve the audited bills for $25,764.16, and the interim bills for $230.61. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/R.Switalla to approve pay request #1, from Potrykus Construction, for $285,833.26. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Buchholz m/s/c to adjourn at 6:40pm.
