Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, November 4, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:05 pm (following the public hearing), by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to approve the October 21, 2025 regular meeting minutes. Yaeger/Wepner to approve the new code contract with General Code. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Buchholz to approve a picnic license for WOW (Helping Foundation) for the Winter Wonderland. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $18,312.97, and the interim bills for $49,084.69. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the 2026 budget as presented.
