Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, October 21, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – absent, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – absent, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Peter Thillman, Art Bahr, Dave O’Brien and Angie Johnson. Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to approve the October 7, 2025 regular meeting minutes. R.Switalla/Buchholz to approve Resolution 2025-03 to transfer $200,000 from the LGIP account to general checking at Associated Bank. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $52,551.91, and the interim bills for $5,030.94. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/R.Switalla to approve the Fire and Ambulance contracts for 2026. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Yaeger to approve the quote for MSA Engineers to submit a CDBG grant, for $4,700 to update the Village Comprehensive Plan and the Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan.
