Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, September 16, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – absent. Buchholz/Gatz m/s/c to approve the September 2, 2025 regular meeting minutes. R.Switalla/Buchholz to approve a picnic license for the Fire Department Open House. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $53,156.63, and the interim bills for $283.65. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/R.Switalla to approve the assessor’s contract, with Servi Group, for 2026 -2028 for $56,400. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/Gatz m/s/c to adjourn at 7:20pm.
