Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, August 19, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - absent, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Gatz/Wepner m/s/c to approve the August 5, 2025 regular meeting minutes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $35,519.47, and the interim bills for $528.63. Roll call vote – all ayes. Yaeger/Gatz to approve the roof repair bid, for the library, for $6,000, from Big Dawg Roofing & Construction. Roll call vote – all ayes. Gatz/Buchholz m/s/c to adjourn at 6:45pm.
