Village Board Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, August 5, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Sharon Beversdorf, Josh Beversdorf, Ryan Lynch and Betty Wyatt, Jamie Heinrich, Delores Kessel and Steve Block from Homme Home. Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to approve the July 15, 2025 regular meeting minutes. W.Switalla/Yaeger m/s/c to deviate from the agenda as needed. Yaeger/Buchholz to approve the fence permit, for Ryan Lynch, with the variations requested. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Wepner to approve Resolution 2025-02, the County Hazard Mitigation Plan. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $32,324.42, and the interim bills for $19,927.98. Roll call vote – all ayes. Gatz/R.Switalla to approve the purchase of signage for the dog park, along with a sprayer and weed killer. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/Gatz m/s/c to approve the request, from Tavern Front, to close off W.Vinal from Webb to Prouty on August 9th. Gatz/Buchholz m/s/c to adjourn at 8:00pm.
