Village Board Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, July 15, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - absent, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Mary Jo Miller (Martenson & Eisele), Lee Pulaski and Jamie Pemble (the Benefit Doctor). Yaeger/Gatz m/s/c to approve the July 1, 2025 regular meeting minutes. W.Switalla/Gatz m/s/c to deviate from the agenda as needed. Yaeger/Buchholz to approve the Construction Related Services sidewalk contract, with Martenson & Eisele, for $98,500. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $23,236.35, and the interim bills for $4,220.52. Roll call vote – all ayes. W.Switalla/Buchholz m/s/c to adjourn at 7:11pm.
